Experience:
Richard has more than 25 years experience backed by relevant qualifications, first-hand knowledge and a long-standing career in Operations within an variety of well known international branded restaurant groups
With a broad experience in brand growth & development alongside the inception and the implementation of initiatives including; multi-channel sales streams, brand loyalty programmes, digital transformation, customer engagement, corporate social responsibility, operational excellence and menu development in liaison with cross-functional teams both regionally and nationally.
Additionally I have enhanced my expansive operational experience with a spectrum of professional qualifications (including: Nottingham University Business School Exec M.B.A. - I.L.M. Business Coaching) to offer sector analysis and insight to business owners and investors and supporting independent entrepreneurs and corporate clients as a business coach, which has given me further exposure, in both micro & macro terms, to additional and varied business sectors and scenarios and enhancing my approach to strategic decision making.
